Well, that happened fast.

Labor Day weekend is upon us; the first hints of color are starting to appear in the Adirondacks, and bins of freshly picked apples are making a pretty convincing case that fall isn't waiting for an invitation. Summer hasn't packed its bags quite yet, but September has definitely entered the room.
