H’ART Gallery and Studio
Fine arts and fine hand-crafted objects in North Creek.
Anyone who has been through the village of North Creek in the last several years can’t help but notice the stunning mosaic that runs along a 220’ foot long and 4’ high retaining wall on Main Street.
As the story goes, fine artist, Kate Hartley, saw the wall as the perfect canvas for a large-scale art project. Her vision turned into a spectacular reality that eventually involved 2,000 volunteers and took almost ten years to complete. It’s worth a visit to North Creek just to see the mural.
On to new adventures, Ms. Hartley opened H’ART Studio & Gallery in North Creek in 2021. The gallery features works from many North Country artists, including paintings, mosaics, watercolors, jewelry, cards, books, canvas prints and calendars.
In addition to a thriving retail business, the gallery offers a variety of classes for the budding artist in all of us.
H’ART Studio is a terrific spot for finding a perfect gift for someone special, and that includes yourself.
