This week’s “Where in the ADK?” is a well-visited spot in the Gore Mountain and Schroon Lake Area.
Natural Stone Bridge and Caves offers a terrific way to experience Adirondack geology. Privately owned, visitors pay a fee to visit the expansive grounds to discover amazing waterfalls, gorges and caves.
We love the caveman who welcomes guests just past the entrance.
Check out Natural Stone Bridge and Caves website for more information on hours and tours. And don’t miss their fantastic ice cream stand right on Route 9.
