Haunted History Tours at Fort William Henry

Partake in a thrilling guided tour of the haunted sections of Fort William Henry on Friday and Saturday nights throughout October.
Experience a 45-minute journey into the paranormal and bloody history of the Fort. The grounds surrounding Fort William Henry have witnessed fierce battles, devastating diseases, and harsh climates. With centuries of turbulent history, it’s no surprise that ghost stories have emerged from this site.

Listen to eerie tales passed down through generations, along with personal accounts from guides who have encountered the unexplained. You may even come face-to-face with the paranormal or capture a ghostly figure in a photograph.
Making your experience the best it can be.
Dress appropriately for the weather, as the event will proceed regardless of rain, heat, cold, or humidity. Much of the tour takes place outdoors and involves moving between different buildings. Visitors are strongly encouraged to wear suitable footwear, as the parade grounds are made of gravel.
The tour includes walking up and down stairs and navigating through dark spaces. Please note that the later the tour starts, the scarier and more graphic the guides will be. They use precise and descriptive language.
Come with a fun and open mindset for the Paranormal Experience, and don’t forget your camera! The Fort William Henry team encourages guests to take plenty of photos and videos—you never know what you might capture on screen.
