An enchanting Adirondack tradition unfolds on holiday weekends as communities gather to create a mesmerizing “Ring of Fire” around their pristine lakes. This year, picturesque Piseco Lake invites you to partake in the Ring of Flames on Sunday, August 31, beginning at dusk (susnet will be at 8 pm)

For those planning to be on Piseco Lake in the scenic Central Adirondacks, consider building a fire on your beach or within your fire pit. Even better, embark on a leisurely boat cruise around the lake to soak in the breathtaking spectacle of flickering flames dancing in harmony around the shoreline.

Local fire safety professionals kindly urge all participants to prioritize safety by keeping fires well-contained and thoroughly extinguishing them once the festivities conclude.

If you choose to cruise on the lake, please remember to avoid drinking and driving too fast, and ensure your running lights are illuminated for visibility.
