The Inn at Speculator’s spacious dining room is warm and welcoming, with gleaming oak floors, crisp white linens on the tables, and views of Lake Pleasant from the big windows. But the real attraction is the food.
Their website states that the current owner, Michael Nalipi, is also a Culinary Institute of America graduate. He is certainly bringing his talents to bear in the kitchen.
