The annual Shamrock Shuffle 5-Mile Run returns on Sunday, March 15, 2026, bringing runners, walkers, families, and cheering squads together for a festive morning of fitness and philanthropy.

Hosted at Glens Falls High School, this fast and friendly road race benefits Project: Cameron’s Story, an organization dedicated to supporting the bonding of parents with premature babies in the NICU. It’s a St. Patrick’s Day event that goes far beyond shamrocks and finish lines.

A fast five miles with heart.

The Shamrock Shuffle features a five-mile loop course that starts and finishes at Glens Falls High School, located at 10 Quade Street in Glens Falls. Runners love this course for its speed and flow, making it ideal for both seasoned competitors chasing a personal best and recreational runners looking for an early-season challenge.

Race day kicks off with check-in and same-day registration from 8:30 to 10:00 am in the high school gymnasium. The race begins at 10:00 am, sending a sea of green shirts and lucky headbands out onto the streets of Glens Falls.

Awards go to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as the top three in each 10-year age group. Organizers also recognize the top three wheelchair finishers. Awards do not duplicate, which keeps the competition spirited and fair across divisions.
