Warrensburg’s 2025 Smoke Eaters Jamboree
Enjoy a favorite family-friendly carnival with rides, great food, live music, games and fireworks.
The Smoke Eaters* Jamboree is two evenings of family entertainment hosted by the Warrensburg Volunteer Fire Company. This is a favorite summer event in the area (it’s their 62nd year) and will be held at the Warrensburg Recreation Field on Library Avenue.
The gates open at 5:30 pm on Friday, and visitors are treated to a carnival, rides, delicious food, live entertainment, and more, including an auction of locally donated goods at 6:30 pm.

After-FX DJ Service will be spinning the tunes, so get ready to shake your rump roast.
Visitors are encouraged to give a $3 entry donation on Friday night.
On Saturday, get ready to do it all over again. Plus, 80s tribute ban Aquanett takes the stage at 6:30 pm.
Close out the night with Fireworks at dusk.

*Smoke Eater was a nickname for Firefighters before Air Packs were used while fighting fires. Smoke Eaters had no clean air source and would enter a fire to search for people and fight the fire, which would end up with the Firefighters inhaling (eating) the smoke from the fire.
