157th Annual Crown Point Memorial Day Celebration
Parade, live music, food, crafts and fireworks are on the schedule of events.
Crown Point celebrates Memorial Day.
The Town of Crown Point is excited to host its annual two-day extravaganza on Sunday, May 25, and Monday, May 26.
Sunday will be filled with family-friendly activities, including live entertainment in Veterans Park, food concessions, rides, music, performances by Penelope the Clown, and a fireworks display.

On Monday, festivities will kick off at 9 am with the annual Solemn Cemetery Tour. This driving tour will start at Sacred Heart Cemetery and visit eight other local cemeteries to honor the brave soldiers who have fallen in the name of freedom. Guest speakers will provide information on significant battles and specific veterans.
The tour will conclude at noon, and Veterans Park will reopen for the day at 1 PM. Attendees can enjoy rides, concessions, food, and crafts until 5 pm. Live music will be featured, and Penelope the Clown will return for more fun.
The Memorial Day Parade will begin at 2 PM, marching up Main Street with expected appearances by the Fort Ticonderoga Fife and Drum Corps and the band Sambatucada.
