The Lake George Arts Project Summer Concert Series presents Professor Louie & The Crowmatix with the Woodstock Horns on Thursday, July 30, in Shepard Park at 7 pm. This free concert is open to all.
Professor Louie & The Crowmatix, featuring the Woodstock Horns, is known for their Americana, Roots, and Blues sound, often playing music inspired by The Band.
They are based in the Woodstock, NY area and perform both original material and songs made famous by The Band.

The group includes Professor Louie (Aaron Hurwitz) on keyboards, Hammond organ, and accordion, as well as Miss Marie (Marie Spinosa) on vocals and percussion. They frequently collaborate with the Woodstock Horns, adding a distinctive brass section to their performances.
Grammy-nominated Professor Louie & The Crowmatix have been performing since 2000 at numerous Festivals, Theaters, Clubs, and Art Centers, averaging 150 shows a year.
