A timeless story with beautiful music.

Little Red Riding Hood has entertained generations of children, and composer Seymour Barab gives the classic fairy tale an irresistible musical twist.

Scary wolf with it's jaws open.

The Big Bad Wolf is no match for Little Red.

The approximately 35-minute opera follows the familiar adventure of Little Red as she journeys through the woods to visit her grandmother, encountering a very hungry wolf along the way. Filled with accessible melodies, playful rhymes, and colorful characters, the performance introduces children to live opera in an engaging and approachable way.

Following the performance, audience members are invited to stay for a lively question-and-answer session with the performers.
