Lake Placid’s 2024 Dam Duck Race at Lisa G’s
It’s the Kentucky Derby of rubber duck races.
Watch as 2,000 ducks sail over Chubb River Dam in Lake Placid.
Mark your calendars for the 19th Annual Dam Duck Race, held on September 14th at ADK Taste favorite, Lisa G's Restaurant, in Lake Placid, hosted by the Rotary Club of Lake Placid.
A delicious, all-you-can-eat dinner is at 5 pm, followed by the race at 6:15 pm. Watch 2,000 super cute rubber duckies sail over the Chubb River Dam in Lisa G's backyard.
The first duck to be caught at the end of the race is the lucky winner of a $1500 purse. Many other prizes will be awarded to runner-up ducks from local businesses.
