Ticonderoga’s Hancock House Presents the 2025 Festival of Trees

For over 30 years, the Hancock House Festival of Trees has become a cherished holiday tradition in Ticonderoga.

This year's event runs from November 19 to December 31, 2025, showcasing extraordinary creativity and inspiration from participants who transform the venue into a winter wonderland.

Visitors are invited to explore the Hancock House, a historic gem adorned with over 50 beautifully decorated trees and festive displays spread across its four enchanting floors. Each group and family that attends leaves with unforgettable memories of the holiday season.

The 2025 theme, “Holiday Memories,” invites individuals and organizations to contribute their unique interpretations and compete for exciting cash prizes.

An anonymous panel of three judges will assess the entries, with awards for the best theme and most creative design, each receiving a $100 prize. Additionally, the prize for best children's entry (under 18) is $50, as is the prize for the best non-tree holiday display.

Winners will be celebrated during a free reception, typically held on the first Sunday in December, making it a delightful way to kick off the festive season while honoring the artistry and spirit of the participants.
