2025 Lake George Halloween Party and Parade

Join the spooktacular fun at Lake George Village’s Annual Halloween bash.

Lake George Village celebrates Halloween.

Mark your calendars for a ghoulishly good time on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The Lake George Youth Commission warmly invites families and community members to celebrate a cherished Halloween tradition from 4 pm to 9 pm, with festivities designed for all ages.

For over 40 years, this beloved event has been a cornerstone of community spirit, uniting friends and families through laughter, treats, and unforgettable memories. 

An afternoon of ghoulish fun.

The festivities kick off at 4 pm in the Lake George High School Gymnasium, where participants can dive into an array of games and delectable snacks. Plus, don’t miss the exciting Halloween Bag giveaway—every child will take home a beautifully decorated pumpkin.

 At 5 pm, the excitement escalates with the annual Halloween Parade. Led by the Lake George Fire Department, join a lively drumline, a whimsical stilt walker, and a host of costumed community participants as we march down Canada Street, culminating at Shepard Park.

Activities for all ages. 

But the fun doesn’t stop there. From 5:15 pm to 9 pm, Canada Street transforms into an enchanting Halloween village for the Trunk or Treat Block Party, featuring:

• Trunk or Treat vehicles brimming with candy and delightful surprises 

• Live entertainment, including jugglers, face painters, and spirited costumed characters

• Captivating performances from the Gem Theater’s famous Adirondack Dancing Witches and the ADK-RAQS Bellydance Troupe, known for their cultural integrity and modern raqs sharki fusion

• Dance party area where kids and families can groove together

• Delicious treats from local food trucks, including favorites like Weiner Wagon, All Things Delicious, All Fired Up, and Cooley’s Ice Cream

• A cozy hot cocoa and hot cider station to warm you up

Get ready to embrace the Halloween spirit in Lake George as the village comes together for an evening filled with joy, community, and a little bit of magic. All are welcome, and we can't wait to see you there.
