The McKrells present an enchanting afternoon filled with their signature blend of Celtic-infused bluegrass, inviting you to immerse yourself in the joyous spirit of the season at Tannery Pond Center in North Creek.
McKrells’ Christmas: a tradition for families for 30 years.
The McKrells’ annual holiday show has been a cherished tradition for families in upstate New York for 30 years. This year marks the final performance in the incredibly successful 30-year run of "The McKrells Christmas," featuring Brian Melick, Arlin Greene, Frank Orsini, and Kevin McKrell.
The McKrells Christmas is a favorite holiday music tradition.
For the 2025 show, the McKrells will be joined by Jonathan Greene, a multi-instrumentalist from the group Heard, and Chuck Kish, the founder and gypsy jazz rhythm guitarist of Hot Club of Saratoga.
One highlight of the show is the McKrell-Melick interpretation of "Twas the Night Before Christmas." This rendition has become an absolute classic, reminiscent of the best Marx Brothers routine that they never performed.
In this interpretation, Kevin McKrell combines the wisecracking style of Groucho with the straight-man role of Zeppo, while the enthusiastic Brian Melick perfectly channels Harpo with remarkable accuracy.
The McKrells will perform two shows:
