Washboard Donut Shopee in Tupper Lake
Fresh hot donuts and laundry; the perfect combination.
How often have you faced this challenge: do I do my laundry or get some donuts? Lucky for the good people of Tupper Lake, they don't have to make that tough choice.
Conveniently located in the center of town, The Washboard Donut Shoppee is a laundromat and donut store in one convenient location.
This is not some hipster invention; the Shopee debuted in 1990, so for over 30 years, they’ve been operating as a full-service laundromat and donut shop. Customers can do their washing or drop off their laundry for fluff-n-fold service. Either way, the donuts are hot and available for consumption with a tasty cup of coffee.
If you decide to pop in to do your sheets and towels and munch on a made-to-order dunker, here’s a hot tip: pair your donut to your washload. Are you doing your blacks, browns and blue jeans? Have a glazed chocolate donut. Whites and lights? I recommend the powdered sugar dunker. Colors? Sprinkles!
