Kicking off its first weekend on January 23 and 24, the Polar Ice Bar transforms the hotel’s Lakeside Restaurant & Lounge into a high-energy winter playground that blends icy artistry with Adirondack warmth.

This two-weekend celebration has become one of the most anticipated winter events in the Adirondacks, drawing locals and visitors alike for its signature mix of ice sculptures, roaring firepits, live music, and handcrafted cocktails. Weekend one sets the tone, delivering a festive atmosphere that feels equal parts après-ski party and classic Lake George winter tradition.

The centerpiece of the Polar Ice Bar experience is its impressive display of hand-carved ice sculptures. These shimmering works of art anchor both the indoor and outdoor spaces, offering plenty of photo-worthy moments throughout the day and into the evening. Step outside to warm up by crackling firepits, then head back indoors where the party continues inside the Lakeside Restaurant & Lounge.
