Glens Falls Winter Meltdown Spicy Food Festival
A day full of flavor at the historic Shirt Factory in the Southern Adirondacks.
Looking to beat the winter doldrums and add some spice to St. Patrick’s Day weekend? Visit Glens Falls in the Southern Adirondack foothills for a food festival featuring the region’s best spicy cuisine.
Local chefs and food truck cooks prepare their best dishes, from mild to spicy, for attendees to try. There are small-batch foods, sauces and spice mixes, craft beverages and desserts, including cheesecake, baked goods, and shortbreads. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available.

Rick's Hot Sauce Experience & More will have their signature condiments made with home-grown Carolina reaper peppers for a flavorful experience

The spicy hot action takes place in the historic Shirt Factory building, the former Mc-Mullen-Leavens factory, which now houses a community of artist’s studios, galleries, healing arts, and retail shops.
Local musicians will provide entertainment. Attendees can also visit the artisans and craftspeople residing at the Shirt Factory and purchase their one-of-a-kind wares.
