Experience Good Vibrations With a Soothing Sound Bath at the ADKX on Blue Mountain Lake
Take a break and relax, restore, and revitalize yourself with a sound bath led by a certified sound healing practitioner, Andrea Lisette Villiere, at the Adirondack Experience (ADKX) on Blue Mountain Lake on January 27 at 2 pm. Although the ADKX is closed this time of year, they host special events. And this is one of them.
We attended a similar event with Andrea at the ADKX just before Thanksgiving in November 2023, and it was a transformative experience for us. The soothing vibrations of the gongs, Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, alchemy singing bowls, the hypnotic drone of the Shruti, chimes, drums, rattles, and much more helped to reduce our pre-holiday stress. It even helped Mama Bear take a nap, but that's a story for another time.
The sounds and vibrations of the instruments took us on a magical journey. We have since learned that sound baths provide the ideal self-healing and personal transformation environment. The resonance of the instruments is felt throughout the body, like receiving a full-body sound massage. The harmonics these instruments produce work to realign your entire system, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating soundbath.
Visit the ADKX website for more information and to register. We HIGHLY recommend it.
