Old Forge Hosts its 1st Annual Dad Fest in the Central Adirondacks
Old Forge combines the excitement of a car rally and parade with a frog jump to create one great time.
Old Forge’s Dad Fest includes an impressive car show.
Visit the popular Adirondack vacation spot, Old Forge, for a spectacular celebration honoring all the amazing dads out there. They are combining several popular events into one Saturday Dad-palooza that will surely tickle the fancy of fathers everywhere.
The highlights include:
The Annual Antique Car Rally (features additional Antique Snowmobiles this year)
Annual Father's Day Frog Jump — commencing at noon at the Basketball Courts
Local vendors and artisans
Live music and dancing (because who doesn’t love to see their Dad shaking his rump roast)
Delicious food and refreshing beverages to satisfy Dad-sized cravings
Greatest Dad Competition for some friendly competition
Fun-filled attractions include a bouncy house, face painting, and a dedicated Kids' Zone for the Lil’ ADKers
Car Parade
Frog jumping is a family activity in Old Forge in the Central Adirondacks.

8 am — Pavilion Opens for Snowmobile Setup / Outdoor Vendor Setup
9 am — Car Rally Registration Begins

Noon — Frog Jumping Competition (Basketball Courts)
3 pm — Greatest Dad Competition
4 pm Awards
4:30 pm — Start Parade lineup
5 pm — Car Parade through town
