Snocade concludes with a full day of great activities, including the ice fishing derby, craft fair, ice skating, bonfire, fireworks and more food and drink specials at Indian Lake’s favorite watering holes.

The second weekend of Snocade in Indian Lake kicks includes cardboard sled and kayak races, a paint and sip event, and tempting food and drink specials at local eateries.

Day Five of Snocade continues with the always popular guided snowshoe hike and the annual Light Up the Library party.

All ages fun on Day Four of Indian Lake’s Snocade. From story hour at the Library for Lil’ ADKers, a snowmobile safety course, a lantern-making workshop, and happy hour, there’s plenty to keep everyone amused.

The Snocade organizers in Indian Lake are keeping things interesting. Day Three of Snocade 2023 includes a cold water rescue and an ice carving demo (to be clear, these are two separate events).

Day Two of Snocade amps up the action with the always popular Kitty Kat races. Watch as Lil’ ADKers race on lil’ sized snowmobiles. Other activities include the book and bake sale at the Indian Lake Library, food and drink specials all around town, and Indian Lake’s very own Family Feud competition.

The first day of Indian Lake’s week-long winter spectacular, Snocade, gets off to a great start with a hearty breakfast hosted by the Indian Lake Volunteer Fire department, a workshop on making lanterns using ice, the Friends of the Library Book & Bake Sale, the famous Baked Potato Dinner hosted by the Snowarriors, and food and drink specials all over town.

Prepare yourself. The Great Adirondack Moose Festival is making a post-covid comeback. Don’t discount it; the organizers want you to think this may be your only chance to see the elusive and majestic moose.
